Yes, it’s the mysterious case of the shrinking clematis flowers – who or what is to blame? Did it happen in the wash of the recent rain showers or was it in the drier heat wave? Well, don’t look at me – I’m good at shrinking T-shirts not flowers! Perhaps it’s due to something else.
There are lots of foxes living in this part of Berkshire (unfortunately, you often see proof of this in two dimensions on the A4), but it took over 10 years before I finally saw any in my garden. Luckily, this happened after my new digital camera arrived, so I was able to capture this exciting event in fuzzy technicolour …….
